Event spaces in London are ten-a-penny but Cathedral View, located a stone’s throw away from Victoria station, is definitely one of a kind thanks to its bespoke roof garden and charitable angle and I’m super excited to be working with them.
Cathedral View is an events space comprising three conference-style meeting rooms alongside a beautiful and tranquil roof garden designed and landscaped by Chelsea Flower Show seven-times gold medal winner and BBC presenter, Adam Frost.
The area provides a perfect venue to host an array of events including launch parties, workshops and staff parties and always offers the wow factor thanks to its spectacular views over Westminster Cathedral and idyllic platform to watch the busy streets below.
The roof top has a capacity of 120 is lift accessible and Cathedral View allows use of external suppliers to make events as bespoke as possible. It is open all year around and the area can be covered with a gazebo in bad weather.
What makes Cathedral View unique is the fact that all profit made from any events hosted there go straight back to The Passage.
The Passage is London’s largest voluntary sector for homeless and vulnerable people and each day helps up to 200 men and women per week.
They have asked me to come on board to create opportunities to showcase and use the space, raise awareness of its existence, develop a workshop programme to house on the roof, alongside contacting key businesses and brands with a social and charitable conscience to host their events in the space.
I am loving working with such an important charity and such a beautiful space.
